- Embalaje: Todos nuestros productos son empacados cuidadosamente en cajas de cartón y envoplast para protegerlos.
- Zonas de envío: Realizamos envíos a todo el país
- Costos de envío: Los Costos de Envios depende, es GRATIS si tenemos promociones de productos en el mes de lo contrario los costos de envío varían según el peso y la distancia. Puedes consultar los costos específicos al finalizar tu compra. Ofrecemos solo envío estándar .
- Plazos de entrega: El tiempo de entrega estimado depende de la empresa de envios que se contrate oscilan en 3 a 4 dias habiles. Ten en cuenta que pueden ocurrir retrasos debido a factores externos como condiciones climáticas o festividades.

DEVOLUCIONES
Para la devolución de productos te ofrecemos las siguientes opciones:
- Productos dañados: Si recibes tus productos dañados, por favor, envíanos una foto clara del producto y del embalaje original dentro de las tienes 7 dias continuos trascurridos en el momento que recibes el producto. Evaluaremos cada caso y, si procede, el procedimiento a seguir es enviarlo a Citrus Tienda, hacemos nuestra revisión si el producto no se le pudo dar solución se procede a enviar a la marca. Hoy en dia las empresas no hacen devolución de producto a menos que el mismo este completamente defectuoso, se envía la marca y la marca tiene un lapso de hasta 45 dias en dar respuesta.
- No hacemos cambio de producto
- Errores en el pedido: Si recibiste un producto incorrecto o si falta algún artículo en tu pedido, comunícate con nosotros lo antes posible para coordinar una solución.
- Toda devolución: si el producto sale defectuoso todos los costos de envio tanto de ida como de vuelta corre por cuenta del cliente, la empresa no paga o cancela dichos envios.
